We reserve the right to contact site visitors and users regarding use of FAMS, status, changes to agreements, Privacy Policy, Site Terms of Use, or any other policies or agreements relevant to site visitors.

FAMS provides an electronic method of communication for our customers; however, email posted or sent through this website may not be secure against interception by unauthorized individuals. To protect against interception by unauthorized individuals, we request all correspondence regarding the account be sent by the U.S. Postal Service. Be sure to include your name, your mailing address, and the file number so that we may process your inquiry and respond promptly. Without complete information, we will be unable to respond to your request.

Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. is a debt collection agency. This is an attempt to collect a debt, by a debt collector, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Calls to and from FAMS may be monitored and/or recorded.

Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. does not provide any language access services other than English. All debt collection attempts and communications from FAMS collectors, managers, and personnel will be conducted in English only. Consumers may not obtain from FAMS or our debt collectors a translation of any communication into a language other than English. FAMS does not provide the option for consumers to speak with a multilingual company representative. FAMS does not provide the option for consumers to receive collection letters in their preferred language, other than English.
