FAMS opened its first call center in Georgia in 1993. The center was moved in 1996 to a new facility in Tucker with capacity for up to 300 seats. As our primary center for our Department of Education contract, the center meets all federal security requirements. Consistent with FAMS multi-skill call center philosophy, the Tucker center manages a wide variety of clients and account types. This center also houses the FAMS operations center, including training, personnel, accounting, and payment processing.
